Everybody is faced with doing the right thing, some just decide allow corruption to run their lives. Hope Blinco is a poster child of fraud, going to lengths so great that has no problem lying to public officials to protect herself and cause chaos. This is the story of the ground source system.

I could spend days explaining why the ground source system does not work. What is apparent is that the students and staff lack heat and cooling for the majority of the year. The reason for this is much darker and more sinister.

Enter Hope Blinco, master of lies, deceit, and lack of accountability. I have reports where she told public officials that the systems had no toxic substances in them. There are even quotations of her saying as such. The thing that she never banked on was that I gathered enough information from multiple sources, I can prove that she intentionally lied to state officials.

I have water samples from OSHA that show what fluid is actually in those systems. Those systems have been filled with washer fluid. Washer fluid has a number of troubling properties that anyone with family in the school buildings should be concerned with. Washer fluid is not only flammable, but it has a byproduct of methanol. Add the fact that money vanished under Diane Rodriguez, costs were cut, and the system is not functional as built. The system creates a pressure cooker of toxic methanol in the system.

Doesn’t take too long to see a connection between illness, absenteeism, cognitive problems and a pressure cooking time bomb of methanol gas in every classroom.
