So one thing I’ve learned through all the trauma informed care I’ve received, is never let the abusers control your life. I am very fortunate to be someone that has been able to use my platform to tell true stories about Hope Blinco and Andre Ponder, while having the discipline to no longer have them control my life!

When I worked at Mineral County School District, I would’ve spent entire time in servitude. Now, I can fill my home with love and experiences for everyone. Anyone that has experienced abuse of any kind, I can assure you there is life beyond. Abusers only want you to think that the terror is it and all you can do, worry about, or accomplish. That is not true.

If you know deep down you are worth more, I can assure you, that you are. Always trust your gut. If you are an educator, Administrator, Counselor, support staff, or a victim of abuse, you can be more and should be more. Always follow your heart and trust your gut feelings.
