Attached is a letter I had sent towards the end of my employment at Mineral County School District. It still breaks my heart to read it even now. I will never understand how a public institution can retain someone that continually acts in such an illegal, unethical or otherwise prohibited behavior as just her normal way of conducting herself.

To Hope Blinco, this letter was just another piece of paper she never acknowledged, or disputed. It was this letter when it was starting to become very clear the Former Superintendent was more than willing to be complicit in her behavior.
