I ultimately have decided to blog about the illegal, unethical, or otherwise prohibited behavior of Hope Blinco and Andre Ponder as a way of trying to move myself forward. I ended up with a diagnosis of trauma, which I never thought was possible from a workplace. I was in such disbelief that I got a second opinion and the second result was same as the first.

The most trying part of moving past the terror that was inflicted upon me day after day is that not a single professional has had a solution to the problem. The closest that I got to some resolution was the radical acceptance theory. Radical acceptance theory is a means of trying to accept that the past cannot be changed and sometime corrupt and horrible people like Hope Blinco are incapable of change and remorse.

Radical acceptance also provides that sometimes the way to move forward past traumatic events is to get them out in the open so they are no longer festering or eating away at a person. What radical acceptance doesn’t require is that someone lets highly corrupt people like Andre Ponder and Hope Blinco at Mineral County School District simply continue to push a crooked and corrupt agenda.

It will probably take me a year of so to get all the examples of fraud, waste, and abuse out in the open. Every time I think of a singular instance that Hope Blinco and Andre Ponder willfully broke the law, or disregarded the safety of staff and students, I immediately end up with even more memories of their behaviors. Part of moving past trauma is leaving no stone unturned and no memory repressed in the end.

I look forward to continuing to blog and provide proof the illegal behaviors that occurred at Mineral County School District routinely. Maybe at some point during or after the process, the State of Nevada will finally take notice and take actual meaningful action so that the staff and students receive equitable treatment instead of life in a horror film.
