In February Andre Ponder had no issue with allowing Hope Blinco to arbitrarily cut my pay in retaliation for continually reporting her illegal, unethical, or otherwise prohibited behavior. As the blog continues to emerge, I have dozens of stories of her behavior along with the proof that she knew she was acting illegally, unethically, or in an otherwise prohibited manner and simply didn’t care.

The worst part of this shenanigan was Andre Ponder remained complicit as he always had. He certainly knew that was Hope’s handwriting on the form, not his, but he was desperately trying to claim that she wasn’t retaliating. I find it very suspect that numerous letters in the writing matched the HR person, not Andre Ponder’s .

It was at this point that Hope Blinco knew that I would never stop trying to force her to comply with the law. I was not going to allow her to continue to retaliate, terrorize, and other harass me relentlessly.

From this point in time forward, not sure I will ever be able to fully reconcile how someone could be so vicious and stupid at the same time, leaving a massive paper trail in her wake of intentional acts.
