Good morning,
I took a little break from blogging to see how things would go at the school and to also give myself a break from it all to see if maybe my trauma was going to fade into the background. Unfortunately, it didn’t.
The worst part of what I went through is that as late as last night I woke up thrashing in my bed. You see I have recurring nightmares where I am back in the mold infested building and begging for help while none never arrives. I had these types of nightmares when I was blogging, but they were substantially less frightening and less frequent.
The end result of taking the break is that I find when not speaking about what I know to be true is it festers rather than fades. One of the ways that I can get more of my story out there is to increase the transparency of the information that I have. I speak a lot about what I know to be true, but I have been lacking in the supporting document realm for source documentation.
As a result, I have invested in an expensive Snap Scan system that will create searchable PDF documents. That will give me almost instant access to data for both this site and the imminent litigation that Mineral County School District has on the horizon.
I had also hoped that Mineral County School District would make a reasonable effort to make things right, but they took the usual shady path that just cost the district almost 1 million dollars recently.
I have a right to my peace and justice for my experience with the unscrupulous HR Manager. Now that I have taken a short sabbatical, I am ready to move forward again.

What was the million for?
I can’t comment on the circumstances of why there was 3 years of litigation, other than clearly something was not done. The HR Manager is still there, but it involved a former Superintendent.

You are very welcome. One thing missing in this community is transparency about real costs. They are good at doing a shuffle and not answering questions or providing info.
