Employees know that Hope Blinco just absolutely loves certified mail. There isn’t anything she won’t send certified. She sends certified for really no legitimate reason other than to inconvenience people and force them to go to the mail counter, sparing no expense in the budget to do so.
This is the story of the time Hope Blinco and Andre Ponder tried to falsify the date on a letter. It is one example of how Hope’s absurd love affair with certified mail actually came back to haunt her. Apparently she never realized that the paper trail works both directions.
I was sick back in December. When it was becoming clear that I would be out for the month of December, I asked for FMLA paperwork in the 3rd week of December. I was informed by Andre Ponder that they had previously sent the information and that my time frame was almost up.
The first stupid thing is the fact that I was on paid leave I had accrued so wasn’t a mandate to file for FMLA. Clearly, that was Hope Blinco yet again overstepping the laws and fishing for information. You can always follow the information of information abyss and find it is always Hope Blinco unethically collecting information.
The second stupid part is they dated it two weeks prior to when it entered the mail system. I have the proof of that. I also have proof I asked for clarification and/or an apology since could prove they committed mail fraud by intentionally misrepresenting the date the information was sent. Of course highly unethical people like Hope Blinco and Andre Ponder never did apologize, nor did they ever provide any response as to how their “oversight” was accidental and not fraud.
The third stupid part was yet again Hope Blinco was trying to obtain a blanket release of medical records. To my knowledge, Hope Blinco is not a medical doctor, nor would she be certified to read medical documents. It is also against federal law for them to ask for such a broad release.
Ultimately, didn’t give her a release and forced her to give me an accommodation because whole reason I was sick was the toxic black mold and penicillin farm that she was operating, and continues to operate out of the district office. You would think the mold is her immediate family given how averse she is to remediating such a toxic substance. There may have been other factors in that building, and it has been identified as certainly plausible, but the mold was completely proven for some of the issues I still have even now.
