I am sure it will shocl nobody that the Mineral County School District administrative office staff has a huge accountability problem. There is almost a proud tradition of lying, deceiving, or otherwise covering the truth. That tradition slowly unwinds as the Human Resource Manager is caught over and over being dishonest.

The HR Manager recently was kind enough to lie to a state agency and indicate that I never once complained about the issues that led to my departure. Initially, I thought perhaps I was confused about what all the letters were in my 3 ring binder, complete with tracking numbers was. A quick glance and I quickly remembered almost every letter specifically called out what she claimed never happened.

This story ended well for me because I had also sent the state agency hundreds of documents as part of my claim. It did not take them long to look in their file and see that yet again, Hope Blinco was flat out lying. The decision was in my favor because I had routinely complained over and over.

I now have a letter from a state agency that indicates “you quit due to discrimination. You exhausted all reasonable avenues to resolve the issue prior to quitting. Benefits are allowed”. This decision also puts Hope Blinco in a pickle.

You see if she chooses to not appeal the decision, I have a finding of fact about the horrid things they put me through. On the other hand, if she does appeal it, her statements become completley discoverable. That would allow me to pursue the fact she lied to a state official. I would most likley win the appeal because she can’t present new information at this point. She would have to stick with her original story of I am a liar and I am okay with that, except with a potential serious consequence this time.
