As I start to go through my documents and find pieces of evidence and clues, I remain astounded that people would intentionally misuse public resources to claim I was somehow dangerous to avoid accountability for their actions.
I know I had blogged about the restraining order in the past, but I found the electronic copy of the document to prove that it really did happen to me. You see, the Mineral County School District, and Hope Blinco have this nasty condition called convenient amnesia where they think if they deny something happened, it just poof goes away.
I wish I had another document to show that the restraining order was thrown out for having zero merit, but because it was not only dismissed, but dissolved entirely makes it so that it doesn’t technically exist anywhere except the copies that I have.
You will probably notice that apparently when this was filed she was supposedly terrified I knew where she lived, but that information has appeared in board backup documents numerous times. The information is also easily obtainable through the Elko County Assessor, so certainly doesn’t take James Bond to figure out where she lives.
To be clear I never went to Elko County, nor did I ever even go back to the Mineral County School District Office after my departure. She had zero credible evidence that I was a threat of any kind. in fact she was the gun toting Yosemite Sam in the whole thing. I don’t even know how to operate a firearm.
The word of caution that I would have for anyone is to be quite cautious of Diane Rodriguez, she could’ve been an Oscar winning actress, but fortunately, she was shown to be the fool that she is. I would also suggest people question, why would Diane Rodriguez take such an unnecessary, unfounded, and unwarranted step to keep people from requesting public records?
