It is not that I believe I didn’t earn my wage. I was the lowest paid in the entire State of Nevada. I have dedicated myself to giving away the money because I don’t want the memories. Every dime I received is a memory of abuse and terror perpetrated by Dirty Diane, Horrible Hope and the former Superintendent.

I have gone to great lengths to put the trauma I endured behind me. Most notably, I traded off my vehicle for a new one. Every time I sat in that vehicle, I had flashbacks and illness related to being forced to go into the building that almost killed me. The terror I survived didn’t deserve the anxiety of the present.

I went as far as paying a significant amount to get a brand-new vehicle that was nothing like it to start a new chapter. I can honestly say I have not once regretted gaining my ability to drive again comfortably. My new vehicle has zero relation to the terror, and as such, I enjoy it. For several years I couldn’t drive myself anywhere because sitting in my vehicle made me sick. I now know it wasn’t a fear of driving, but rather my vehicle was representing tear of my nose bleeding, being unable to breathe, dementia symptoms, and other effects of poisoning.

I have done remodeling on things I remodeled in my home for the same reason. I couldn’t stand to look at things that reminded me that I earned that money from the school district. It has been expensive, but each new thing has erased a pain I endured, illegally

The balance of the money has gone to non-profits that I support. I am almost at the point where every dime of the terror is non-existent. I will continue to keep things that help communities. Tragically, not a dime can go into Mineral County based on the terror I faced during and post-exit from public employment. Rest assured, any settlement to obtain my closure will go to the same non profits to do good for myself. I never needed the schools money and don’t need a settlement. The reason for justice is because they have changed my life forever with trauma and terror.
