One thing I would again like to remind people, particularly those that deal with horrible Hope Blinco, is that you always keep a paper trail. Having a paper trail is probably the one thing that in the end has allowed me to find some closure until such time my experience reaches litigation. Documentation is also something that people have poured over and found my accusations have some merit.

One the ways that I was able to keep documentation on everything, was through email follow-ups. If Hope and the former Superintendent had a meeting to intimidate or otherwise act unethically, I would leave the meeting and send an email, that I kept. The email would generally go something along the lines of here is what was discussed today, here is who said what and any action items. The key to this is always make sure you have a copy of everything like I did.

The more ridiculous meetings, like telling me mold was none of my business, I would send a letter US mail with tracking information. Generally, you can rely on email, but they were so adamant about breaking the law, that I had a suspicion would claim they never got said emails. I was able to build documentation through multiple channels. They seem to be taking the stance that they received them, but choosing not to repsond was Hope’s response. It surely won’t bode well for them because generally a no response can be seen as a concurrence, or lack of denying what was being said.

As you document, you have to be pretty meticulous because horrible Hope Blinco loves to gaslight. Be prepared at every turn to put her on the spot. You will have a meeting, send a confirmation email, and then a month later she will claim that wasn’t was happened at all. When that occurs, get through the meeting, and then forward the old correspondence along with a new correspondence about the meeting intended to gaslight you.

By doing all of these things, at least in the end, you can look back and see the facts, see the documentation, and know that you are not dillusional. It is also helpful because what you will initially get is people thinking someone couldn’t have been that idiotic to continue on their journey of illegal behavior knowing there is a papertrail. Once they see the paperwork (hence why I received unemployment) they are a lot more inclined, based on the facts, to see things really are as bad as you claimed.

If I hadn’t had all that documentation, I likely wouldn’t have received unemployment. Hope tried to gaslight them into believing I had never once complained that anything illegal or unethical was happening. It was unsurmountable for her when they started pouring over the documents where I indicated, “I am no longer willing to accept the harassment, bullying, or otherwise prohibited behavior of Hope Blinco,” found in not just emails but also in letters with tracking information on them.
