What the Blog is Not

I wanted to take a moment to clarify what the blog is about. My blog is about the fact that the Mineral County School District Administrative Office is basically a criminal organization at the current point in time under the leadership of the former Superintendent. Everything I post here is about my historical and current experiences.

It is completely true that Hope Blinco, the former Superintendent, and Diane Rodriguez almost killed me due to the mold emporium at the the district office. I was within 3 points of requiring liver medications. I was also terrorized by these three (3) individuals relentlessly for trying to make conditions better for the staff and students.

During the time my health was declining, I was also struggling to keep my oxygen levels up. My spouse had to come home to get me out of bed, because I would wake up and pass out over and over again. Even though I would pass out from lack of oxygen, Diane Rodriguez would relentlessly call and couldn’t care less that I was as sick as I was. I would consistently have oxygen stats as low as 77 when would exert myself, talk too much, or just wake up.

I ask everyone to keep in mind that the past does not necessary reflect the near future or moving forward. It will take a great deal of time and resources to try and rid the Mineral County School District Administrative Building of toxic, unethical, and sometimes illegal behavior. Many of the administrative office staff has been allowed to act without consequence for years, spanning multiple former Superintendents. These same people have also spent a great deal of time crafting their position security.

I sincerely believe that Mineral County School District will never begin to heal or move forward as long as the administrative staff is allowed to engage in mafia-like behavior. Hope Blinco believes that being unethical, behave illegally at times, and misusing public resources for her own gain is acceptable. That is every bit as true as Keith Neville, who believes his position allows him to deploy endless golden parachutes behind closed doors for his dear friend Diane Rodriguez.

On a final note, one reason that I tend to name names is because the last thing that I would want to see is the shortcomings of other’s tagged to a new person. I don’t name names when the person was not an acting party to the experience. It would not be fair to name someone if they were unknowing, or not a participant in what I went through. Going forward, Andre Ponder shall be known as the former Superintendent. The same will be true should any persons involved in unethical behavior leaves the district.

At the very least his departure signifies the potential for growth of the students and staff, and the end of a terrible chapter.
