I certainly wasn’t sad to see 2022 go after all the Mineral County School District Administrative Office put me through. 2022 was riddled with terror, trauma, and counseling for myself. It is unfortunately that Mineral County School District has elected to bring their bad juju into 2023 for me.

Instead of getting closer in 2022, they wasted my time with the traditional convenient amnesia. Yet again, the Human Resource Manager failed to remember that I had her entire calendar. that is proving quite handy since she doesn’t remember a single meeting about my accommodation.

I was able to find 7 such instances without even really trying and that was only one bullet point in what appears to be a rant of we know nothing about nothing. I am fortunately that I have weeks to craft a response and upload hundreds of documents about what actually occurred as part of my documentation with the federal EEOC.

The willingness of one person to claim there are no records after a “reasonable search” is at the very least laughable. I am guessing part of her amnesia must have caused her to forget I also have my full personnel file. The one thing that is for sure, is the Human Resource Manger does a ridiculous amount of damage to the District without any consequence.

How many lawsuits must she cause before being held accountable?
