Time Marches On

Yesterday, it was quite easy to get going. I have a lot to say about experience. It certainly was a defining moment in my life. With that, It does make me feel better to discuss it; sunlight sometimes can be the best disinfectant. With that, I have to weigh various things. I need to avoid […]

Overcoming Toxic Environments: My Journey

Here I am again with another blog. Earlier, I thought I had said everything I needed to see. It turned out I was wrong. In the years since, a lot more occurred to me than I ever have imagined. Over the last several years, my life has taken many interesting turns. I must acknowledge this. […]

Mineral County School District Should Get Creative

I couldn’t help but notice that the board agenda just now is mentioning critical shortage. I can only imagine how much unnecessary prodding it took to get Horrible Hope Blinco to start that process. I certainly know in the past, she was absolutely against such a maneuver, leaving schools critically short staffed. The reality is […]

Why I Decided to Sue the District

Many may wonder why I would sue the Mineral County School District. The reality is that it is not a decision that I took lightly. I had two counselors flat-out tell me that my path forward in my life is actually through justice. It is crazy that I had numerous counselors unable to help me […]

Payroll Fiascos

One of the things I did during Spring Break was looking at the grants for Mineral County School District. Dismal utilization is not the only issue. There is a very clear payroll issue. I saw things that I certainly never saw in my tenure. I would first like to say that I am disappointed in […]

Fear is Personal

I am glad that I took a week off this year. I was able to reflect on how much progress I had made. Looking back, I remain amazed at all the hurdles I overcame. I have a long way to go, but I can’t even see where I started. This last week I reflected on […]

A Superintendent is Needed Now

I have seen a lot of positive changes amongst the various schools within the district. Although I can not say the same about the District Office staff, progress is progress. If the Mineral County School Board can’t pull it get it together the District will hit yet another iceberg. It is not appropriate to expect […]

Real Conversations I had With Diane

Many people may be inclined to believe that I dislike Dirty Diane for erroneous reasons. The reason for this blog is to dispel anyone’s belief of why I fiercely opposed Dirty Diane Rodriguez. She was the most unempathetic person I have ever met in my fantastic career. I took a lot of issues with Diane […]

Are Things Improving at the Mineral County School District?

The one thing I can say for the Mineral County School District is that with a new Superintendent, things stopped deteriorating as quickly as it was previously. Outside looking in, my opinion is the status is at least stabilizing. Stable is the best case scenario. Under different leadshership the school struck an iceberg and sent […]

Why Some People Have to be Miserable

Working at the school, I quickly learned that some people there are so toxic that they can’t control themselves. They make their entire mission to hustle and drag down otherwise happy groups. Unfortunately, the current Superintendent has found themselves temporarily stuck with the amount of destructive energy within the Administrative Office. The hard part of […]

A Year has Gone By

So it has been a year since I set out to regain my life. They say that time heals wounds, but over this last year, I have found that isn’t always true. It isn’t the fact that I was cheated out of my dream job or even that I had to go soul searching that […]

Why it is Important to Document Everything

One thing I would again like to remind people, particularly those that deal with horrible Hope Blinco, is that you always keep a paper trail. Having a paper trail is probably the one thing that in the end has allowed me to find some closure until such time my experience reaches litigation. Documentation is also […]

Why Getting Sick is Still Scary for Me

The reality of getting as sick as I did from Hope Blinco’s Mold Emporium is even now it still has a lasting imprint on my mind. I have to actively work to remind myself that not illnesses are a relapse. Sometimes I am just not feeling well. I never thought I would work somewhere that […]

Update on My Health

Every once and a while I have to take a step back and celebrate successes in addition to acknowledge the struggles that I continue to face. Almost a year later, I still have both to talk about. At least I can look at the struggles and still see some progress. An improvement has been my […]

Has Anyone Noticed the Trend?

At first, I thought that perhaps they were going to bid contracts that were not actually “sole/single source”, but then I saw that the new plan unfold. It seems odd since Diane Rodriguez has been involved in the district, more controversial items end up approved at a Schurz meeting where attendance is generally low. The […]

Why Does it Take so Long to Get a W-2 from MCSD?

I waited to blog on this because I thought maybe with the explosion of staffing at the District level things would change. I know know that they have not changed one bit. The staff remains held hostage by Hope Blinco. You see it is not that difficult to generate W-2s in the system. In reality […]

Another Diane Rodriguez Heist in the Works

I was dismayed to see that Diane Rodriguez is yet again vacuuming up limited resources from the Mineral County School District. I will give her credit that at least this time, she is cleverly trying to change her tune. Apparently, after people started questioning her bogus claims of consulting, she has now moved onto policy. […]

Could the Ground Source System Encourage Spread of Viruses and Bacteria

It is actually true that the ground source units installed at Mineral County School District could encourage the spread of viruses and bacteria. One of the multitude of issues with the system is the ventilation. Despite code requiring air exchange with the outdoors, Mineral County School District has a system that only recirculates air. The […]

What it was Like Working Alongside a Covert Narcissist

Aside from the mold poisoning, the terrorizing was certainly the second most terrible part of my tenure at Mineral County School District. The only reason I withstood being terrorized as long as I did was I fully aware of the personality traits of Hope Blinco. It is my belief that Hope Blinco is a very […]

The Dissolved Restraining Order Revealed

As I start to go through my documents and find pieces of evidence and clues, I remain astounded that people would intentionally misuse public resources to claim I was somehow dangerous to avoid accountability for their actions. I know I had blogged about the restraining order in the past, but I found the electronic copy […]

What Does End Stage Harassment Look Like

Attached is a letter I had sent towards the end of my employment at Mineral County School District. It still breaks my heart to read it even now. I will never understand how a public institution can retain someone that continually acts in such an illegal, unethical or otherwise prohibited behavior as just her normal […]

Where is the Audit?

The audit is generally due by Oct. 31 each year and then must be presented at the next board meeting. That apparently is not true this year.

The Blinco Advantage

There is no equity in Hope Blinco getting her credential paid for while denying every one else’s

What the Blog is Not

The blog is based on my real-life experience, but should not be construed as the present.

My Blog has gone international

Today I would like to recognize and be thankful that my blog is being viewed in numerous countries around the world. It is starting to get the traction that is needed, now just has to get to the correct people to compel Mineral County School District to act in a lawful and ethical manner. I […]

The HR hours, not for the Staff

Most places require Human Resources to be available to the staff. Fortunately, Hope Blinco has found a way around supporting the staff.

Bounced Check Part 2

There is a second possibility to the Check that Bounced, that is more damning than the first.

A Year of Difference

What a difference a year can make on lab work, especially when not in Hope Blinco’s Mold Emporium

The Check that Bounced

Most people would avoid illegally bouncing a check, but not Hope Blinco and Andre Ponder. Likewise, most people would be concerned about writing illegal checks to a vendor that the Board declined to pay, but the two musketeers marched on.

A Word About Blogging

An update on how blogging is helping me find peace from people that don’t deserve forgiveness.

Is a Payroll Clerk Necessary?

The answer is no. There is absolutely no justification for a payroll clerk. As an educational institution, it is appalling Andre Ponder chose to create a position instead of filling a teacher position.

Blinco Certified Mail Snafu

Hope Blinco and Andre Ponder love to use certified mail, that is, until it proved mail fraud. Then it was crickets.

Health Insurance Hooligan

Hope Blinco is a health insurance hooligan that uses the HRA as a means of spying on when people visit the doctor. Worse, she refuses to buy out the HRA into the HSA, despite the plan being identical in coverage.

Paying Teachers to Leave

Rather than try and retain staff, Mineral County School District is a pioneer in paying staff to leave and not look back.

HR Sick Bank Overstep

The proposed changes to the sick bank should be concerning to everyone, not just employees

Why a Non-Profit

A non-profit is a means of expending resources that are needed to combat the illegal, unethical, or otherwise prohibited behavior of District Office staff without the expectation that will turn into a profit driven venture.

Mad cow in a Hen House

Hope Blinco is but an unethical person that even now continues to misuse her position to gain advantages specific to herself.
